That's right, all those sought after Russian manufactured AK's will now be made right here in the United States. Actually they'll be manufactured in Tullytown, PA. Its a small town with a population of under 3,000 residents.
Kalashnikov USA has decided to enter our land at a time when Russian products are not allowed to be imported here. This has caused all Russian manufactured firearms to go way up in both price and scarcity. Americans were responsible for 90% of Russian AK-47 export sales. RWC Group a firearms distribution company, signed a two-year deal with Kalashnikov USA. They hope to sell 200,000 American made AK-47's a year. The idea of bring their historic name to the U.S, was introduced in early January. It seems like they haven't really begun to fully advertise their arrival. I
only found out because I'm one of those people who has been searching for a Russian AK. Still...in my opinion there is nothing like an AK made in Russia. Part of their value has always been based on the fact they are made in the original factory.
Atlantic Firearms a dealer that exclusively trades in Kalashnikov-related weapons, still has a few Russian AK's in stock. Their prices range from $1,000-$1,400. You'll have to wait on the prices for the American made Kalashnikov prices. Currently there are limited dealers in each state. Luckily one is near me.......
