Best online gun stores - Budsgunshop and Classic Firearms

Do you have a favorite website you visit that you feel has the best selection of firearms and accessories? I find myself always online, searching for the next budsgunshop.com, or classicfirearms.com. I've honestly only conducted business with buds. It was a refreshing but strange experience. I guess you can say it's an experience that one could get use to. Living in the State of Virginia allows me some firearm comforts. Shotguns and ammo are easily accessible at Walmart. If I want the convenience of more options with expert advice I can visit a local gun store. The ultimate luxury for are always the gun shows that frequent every 3 months in Richmond alone. I say alone because if I counted the other areas, they would total a gun show once a month at least.

The times have changed and the gun world has adapted. There are gun sites all over the web. Some are super stores with everything you would need for the gunner lifestyle. Other sites have found niche markets to thrive in such as classicfirearms.com. They specialize in surplus firearms from pre and post wars. I wanted to share some information on some of the sites in my bookmark list, that I find to have good sales, customer service and even a layaway plan. If you haven't purchased a gun online, I suggest you consider doing so. It's almost as simple as an Amazon order....well some of it.

My only online transaction have come from budsgunshop.com. I've purchased a Mossberg 500 roadblocker and Kel Tec PLR 16. Both experiences were smooth as silk. The firearms were shipped to my local FFL dealer for me to pick up. During check out there is an option to purchase a lifetime warranty for a reasonable price. If I can remember, I paid about $30.00 for a lifetime warranty on my Mossberg 500 which had a purchase price of $349.00. The site also provides two layaway plans. The short plan allows for a 90 day layaway with a 20% down payment. The other is a 180 day layaway with a 10% down payment. Buds has become way more popular since my last purchases. Looking at their website shows that some of their ways have changed. The 180 day layaway use to have a very large selection of firearms. Now I see just two pages of options.
CDNN Sports considers it's self a wholesale liquidator for firearm accessories. I like the site because they have a large selection of magazines and accessories. There's a decent amount of firearms on the site. I find myself more into the accessories they have. What I will say is that there are all sorts of sales on guns. I mean, really......there are constant sales on this site. Right now there is a sale for one of the guns on my ultimate firearms list, a Colt 1911 Gold Cup Trophy. The main reason I frequent the site is from the email updates I get from them. You always know when they are having a sale, or when something is back in stock.

Other sites that I find myself visiting a lot are preppergunshop.com and cheaperthandirt.com. I enjoy prepper guns shop simply because their site is the manliest. They sell all the bad ass weapons. Sorry, there was no other way I could put that statement in order for you guys to understand. Plenty of Arsenal AK's and Barrett 50 Cal. weapons are available. They also have a load of pump action and semi auto shotguns. I haven't purchased a weapon from them as of yet, but this summer I will try them for the first time. Hint; I'm still looking for a Kel Tec PMR 22. Check out cheaper than dirt for all firearm accessories, including scopes, mounts, magazines and even some bolts and screws. Their my go to site for the replacement parts and trust me they carry a ton of them. So happy firearm website hunting and know that these online websites make the transition from in-store purchases to online purchases much easier.
