The airsoft market is still a baby but why is it growing at such a fast rate?

 Like I've mentioned last week....I'm still on my mission to discover everything there is to know about the airsoft market. The more I explore, the more I realize that this is still a super fresh market to the majority of the world. Only the serious people are spending $300 - $500 on airsoft guns. If you add the gear and equipment into play, you'll find out for some this is their official hobby. They're happy to spend over $1,000 dollars on that kind of stuff.

These are the people I've found as I've been exploring as a newbie to the airsoft world. Men in their late 20's-30's who spend their 9-5 hours starring at the computer screen responding to emails. The
guys sitting on the couch playing Call of Duty who really want to be in the game. Current and former military and police, firearm enthusiasts and even the guy who never visits the gym but enjoys the wild outdoors enough to participate in an airsoft battle. 

I'm seeing a world of people who have already existed. The one that I'm seeking for my business will include the newbies and people who never thought they would be interested in the first place. This whole airsoft thing is a mix between simulating real-life military war, enjoying a great workout and learning how to utilize guns as a source of relaxation through some intense exercises. It's just an amazing thing as I'm able to see the foundation of a new market emerge.
